The Food
Inspired by the world of French bistros, the food at Pigalle plays a reassuring and uncomplicated role. Here, the focus is on well-composed dishes, quality ingredients, and classic (and unconventional) drinks.
Gothenburg’s most delicious lunch menu? Perhaps. Probably. Yes.
During lunch hours (weekdays), fish, meat, and vegetarian options are served in Pigalle’s dining room, while on Saturdays, we switch the lunch menu to à la carte – just because we can. And for those looking to start the morning the best way possible, Pigalle’s signature breakfast is laid out from early morning until just before lunch.
During the weekends the irresistable Brunch takes center stage between 13.00-15.00.

Dec 31: New Year’s Eve, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM. New Year’s lunch and dinner reservations can be made here.

Between Jan 6 – Mar 31, Bistro Atelier will be closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays. Instead, a smaller à la carte menu will be served in Bar Amuse.
Please note that, if necessary, we may relocate dinner service to the restaurant depending on booking demand during this period.
